As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, with a strong focus on business development and client management. You will proactively identify new hiring opportunities, partner closely with clients, and build long-term candidate networks to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development by identifying, pursuing, and converting new client opportunities
- Build and manage long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment partner
- Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and market conditions
- Manage the end-to-end / 360 recruitment process from job briefing to placement
- Source, attract, and engage candidates through multiple channels
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for suitability and cultural fit
- Manage interview coordination, feedback, and offer negotiations
- Provide career guidance and maintain strong relationships with candidates
- Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future roles
- Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and recruitment advice to clients
- Ensure a high standard of service delivery and compliance throughout the recruitment process
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Proven experience in agency recruitment, handling 360 / end-to-end recruitment
- Strong interest and capability in business development and sales
- Confident in engaging with clients and senior stakeholders
- Results-driven, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially minded
