We are hiring a Recruitment Consultant (Account Manager). In this role, you won't just fill shifts - you will own the end-to-end pre-deployment lifecycle for a portfolio of clients, ensuring every shift is seamlessly staffed with qualified, available workers for the entire duration of the assignment.

We are hiring a Recruitment Consultant (Account Manager). In this role, you won't just fill shifts - you will own the end-to-end pre-deployment lifecycle for a portfolio of clients, ensuring every shift is seamlessly staffed with qualified, available workers for the entire duration of the assignment.
What You'll Do
- Liaise with clients to understand gig worker requirements; job scope, schedule, location, headcount etc.
- Manage client expectations on fulfilment likelihood and timelines
- Source and screen suitable gig workers; build and maintain a worker pool for each client and role
- Contact gig workers to confirm availability ahead of scheduled shifts
- Build and maintain schedules and allocate gig workers to shifts
- Actively monitor scheduled shifts with no clock-in and act immediately - this is a core measure of success in the role
- Source and deploy a replacement worker from the pool within an agreed response time whenever a shift is disrupted (e.g no-show, withdrawal, or early termination)
- Serve as the single named point of contact for the client throughout the engagement, including commercial and account matters
- Work closely with Regional Support and/or Finance for specific post-deployment operational queries
- Prior experience in recruitment, staffing or workforce/shift scheduling
- Comfortable owning client relationships end-to-end, including commercial conversations
- Familiar with CRM/ATS systems and dashboards - you notice gaps before they become escalations
- Calm under pressure and able to move fast when a shift is at risk
- Strong communicator, equally comfortable with clients and gig workers
