The Recruitment Assistant manages end-to-end recruitment assignments for temporary, contract, and permanent roles. This role involves owning recruitment delivery and managing client and candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned roles
  • Partner clients to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates for suitable placements
  • Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and trackers
  • Ensure recruitment timelines and service standards are met

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in any discipline
  • Preferred but not mandatory:12 years of experience in recruitment or sales of services
  • Strong stakeholder management and strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
