Position: Recruitment Intern - Executive Search & Talent Research

Interested in recruitment, people and business

Join our Executive Search team and gain hands-on experience supporting mid-to-senior level hiring across Singapore and the region.

You won't just be doing administrative work. You'll learn how recruiters research talent markets, identify candidates, engage professionals and support live hiring assignments.

What You'll Do

• Research companies, industries and talent pools for live search assignments.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and internal databases to identify potential candidates.
• Build candidate profiles and maintain accurate information in our CRM.
• Draft personalised outreach messages and support candidate follow-ups.
• Conduct first-round screening calls with candidates to understand their experience, career interests and suitability for the role.
• Work closely with our consultants to shortlist candidates and develop search strategies.
• Support market research and candidate mapping for specialised roles.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is curious, proactive and enjoys working with both people and information.

You should have:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with confidence speaking to new people.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required, as the role involves conducting searches and communicating with Mandarin-speaking candidates and regional stakeholders.
• Good research skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
• An interest in recruitment, HR, sales, consulting, business or research.

Previous experience in recruitment, HR, sales, business development, research or a client-facing role is a plus, but not essential.
