Recruiter: Singapore/Hybrid

At ZRG Embedded Recruitment, we specialize in recruitment services that embed our recruiters providing a better candidate and client experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels
- Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams
- Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process
- Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, including talent mapping insights, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency
- Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- 4+ year of equivalent sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment) preferred
About this role:
- Roles to focus initially on Technology, products and data roles
- What volume of roles will they be handling Average of 15 roles, can fluctuate
- This is a global remit, roles not limited to SG, this includes countries like UK, Malta and Vietnam
- Hybrid work arrangement, 3 days in office, 2 days work from home
- Ability to support multiple Hiring Managers
