About the Role

At Manus AI, we are building a world-class team to bring our transformative AI agent to a global audience. Our Marketing team are at the forefront of this mission, driving brand awareness, user acquisition, and market expansion. We are seeking a results-oriented Recruiter with a passion for finding the best marketing and growth talent to join our dynamic team.

This role is dedicated to supporting our rapidly expanding Marketing functions. You will be a strategic partner to business leaders, responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of diverse, top-tier talent across our international markets.

Responsibilities

Full-Cycle International Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles within our Marketing team, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding, with a strong focus on international markets.

Strategic Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with Marketing leadership to deeply understand their hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop effective, tailored recruitment strategies that align with our ambitious business goals.

Global Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of advanced sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, professional networks, and industry events, to identify, attract, and engage top-tier marketing and growth talent globally.

Candidate Experience Champion: Provide a world-class, relationship-first candidate experience that reflects Manus AI's culture and values, ensuring every candidate feels respected and informed throughout the process.

Data-Driven Recruiting: Leverage recruitment data and market insights to inform hiring strategies, manage talent pipelines effectively, and provide regular progress reports to key stakeholders.

Employer Brand Ambassador: Act as an employer brand champion, representing Manus AI's mission and innovative culture to attract and secure the best talent in a competitive global market.

Requirements

Proven Recruitment Experience: 2-5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within a high-growth technology company or the internet industry.

International Hiring Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing the entire recruitment process for marketing, growth, or commercial roles across multiple international markets is essential.

Sourcing Acumen: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques and modern recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, MCF, advanced ATS platforms).

Exceptional Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Adaptability and Drive: A data-driven, results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities.

Cross-Cultural Competence: Experience working with international colleagues and stakeholders across different time zones and cultures is highly preferred.
