Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on recruiter with 3–5 years of experience to support hiring across our businesses in Singapore and international markets.

You will recruit for a wide range of positions, including manufacturing, engineering, sales, technology, operations and corporate roles. This role requires someone who can source actively, assess candidates properly and manage hiring independently from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from job briefing to offer acceptance.
• Understand hiring requirements and advise managers on suitable candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
• Screen candidates and provide clear recommendations to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, reference checks and offers.
• Build candidate pipelines for urgent and recurring positions.
• Track recruitment progress and keep hiring managers updated.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
• Support recruitment campaigns, employer branding and employee engagement activities when needed.
• Use AI and recruitment tools to improve sourcing, research and productivity.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Strong direct-sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Experience recruiting across different functions or industries.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and changing priorities.
• Good stakeholder and candidate-management skills.
• Independent, organised and responsive.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience in manufacturing, technology or regional recruitment is advantageous.
• Practical experience using AI or automation for recruitment is advantageous.
