Within TA, our University Recruiting (UR) team focuses on identifying and engaging the next generation of innovators through internship and full-time early career programs.
Responsibilities
Manage full cycle recruiting for intern and full-time early career roles across technical and non-technical teams.
Build and maintain good relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and university partners.
Support with planning and execution of campus events, career fairs, networking nights, and virtual recruiting initiatives.
Support the design and delivery of intern program activities, including onboarding, engagement events, and performance feedback.
Act as a brand ambassador for Marvell at targeted schools and conferences.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the candidate experience and employer brand.
Track and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
Ensure compliance with hiring policies, immigration, and export control requirements.
Requirements
2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience managing university-level requisitions (internship and full-time) and intern programming.
Experience with employer branding activities, specifically generating recruiting social media content and email campaigns.
Experience with university extracurricular activities planning and execution.
Technically savvy with experience using ATS platforms (Workday).
Solid understanding of university recruiting practices and on-campus hiring cycles.
Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel up for campus visits and events.
