Job scope

1. Preliminary Design & Budgeting
   • Develop preliminary designs during project tenders.
   • Prepare budgets for ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) projects.
   • Create and evaluate designs and budgets for Design and Build tenders.
2. Client & Consultant Coordination
   • Liaise with clients and consultants to understand project requirements.
   • Address and resolve project-related issues efficiently.
3. Project Management
   • Manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
   • Plan and allocate manpower effectively.
   • Supervise site activities and coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors.
4. Project Engineering
   • Oversee the engineering aspects of ACMV systems, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.
5. Cost Management
   • Monitor and control project costs to stay within the allocated budget.

Requirement

1years of experience in ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) works

Diploma in mechanical engineering

proficient in Autocad Software

Added advantage:

Proficiency in building electrical equipment.
