Role Purpose
Support the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and documentation to deliver ACMV/M&E projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning & Scheduling: Assist in look-ahead programmes, method statements, manpower/equipment plans track daily/weekly progress.
- Technical Coordination: Coordinate with Main Con, consultants, and trades for MEP/ACMV interfaces manage RFIs, site queries, and design clarifications.
- Submittals & Drawings: Prepare/track material & shop drawing submissions, sample approvals, MS/RA/ITP maintain revision control and transmittals.
- Procurement Support: Raise PRs, follow up on PO/deliveries maintain material trackers coordinate logistics and site storage.
- Site Execution: Arrange access, permits, PTW, WSH compliance coordinate subcontractors attend site walks, inspections, and T&C activities.
- QA/QC & Handover: Manage ITPs, inspections, punch lists/NCR closures compile as-built drawings and O&M manuals support T&C and handover.
- Cost & Change: Support measurement, variation order (VO) substantiation, and progress claim documentation.
- Reporting: Prepare meeting minutes, site diaries, photo logs, weekly/monthly reports.
Requirements
- Diploma/Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services or Construction Management (or equivalent).
- 1-3 years in M&E/ACMV project coordination (fresh grads with internship experience may be considered).
- Able to read construction/MEP drawings, specs, and codes basic AutoCAD/Bluebeam BIM 360 familiarity is a plus.
- Strong organisation and follow-through comfortable with trackers (Excel), action logs, and document control.
- Knowledge of WSH/PTW and site practices proactive problem-solver and communicator.
