Key responsibilities

  • Job analysis and description: Conduct job analysis to understand a role's requirements and create clear job descriptions.
  • Sourcing candidates: Find potential candidates through job postings, professional networks, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screening and interviewing: Review applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates qualifications, skills, and experience.
  • Client and stakeholder management: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and clients, managing the end-to-end hiring process.
  • Offer and negotiation: Negotiate salaries and terms to secure a successful hire for both the candidate and the company.
  • Building talent pipelines: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
