Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter for one arm of our 4 businesses: Wise Owl Headhunters

Wise Owl Headhunters is an Employment Agency with a Valid EA License under MOM.

Job Scope:

- We will provide the leads from various Job Boards and Advertisements.

- Your duty as a Recruiter would be to contact the leads, filter them well, and conduct Zoom interviews to qualify them.

- We are recruiting for the insurance industry (Do note that we are not an insurance firm)

- It would be an added advantage if you could headhunt candidates who are willing to join insurance too.

- Experience in conducting interviews charismatically is a must have.

- Good relationship management with clients is a must have too.

- Good vibes only.

Payscheme:

- $3,000 - $4,000 Basic Salary with CPF

- Commissions upon valid candidate placement.
