Recruiter (In-house)

Job Scope:

- Take command of existing manpower schedule and keep updated on openings and replacements

- Understand fulfillment priority

- Onboarding, offboarding

- Career plan, training plans, remuneration structure

- Work with operations for screening/testing/training candidates

- Handling multiple brands and outlets, HQ in Beauty/Wellness industry

Requirements:

- Have existing network to tap on

- Constant hire to keep recruitment cost low, i.e. your cost over your # of hires

- Applicable knowledge of MOM regulations

- Independent
