Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from intake and sourcing to interviews, offer negotiation, and hiring closure.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and People Business Partners to define hiring needs and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill roles, leveraging innovative tools and global talent channels.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for recurring and critical skill sets.
  • Provide data-driven insights through hiring funnel metrics, market mapping, and recruitment performance reporting.
  • Deliver talent intelligence on market trends, competitor hiring activity, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date ATS records.
  • Drive continuous improvement by optimising recruitment processes and participating in pilots for new tools and technologies.

Job requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of prior expreience in talent acquisition
