About the Role
As a Recruiter, Early Careers APAC, you'll play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring the next generation of talent across Asia Pacific. You'll partner with business leaders and HR teams to deliver exceptional recruitment experiences for early careers programs, including new graduate roles and rotational programs.
This is a contract maternity cover role (9 months), reporting to the Asia Pacific Head and working closely with regional and global teams.
What You'll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams on talent strategies and market insights.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for early careers programs, from sourcing to offer close.
- Design and execute impactful recruitment campaigns focused on candidate experience.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on onboarding, inclusion, and rewards.
- Manage campus events, interview days, and recruitment initiatives across APAC.
- Drive best-in-class processes to meet key hiring metrics and deliver a seamless candidate journey.
- Contribute to projects in branding, social media strategy, data analytics, and internship programs.
What We're Looking For
- 4-6 years plus of recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree focused on early careers (end to end), managing high volume.
- Passion for early careers talent and program hiring.
- Strong consultative skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience with social media sourcing and ATS platforms.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
- Willingness to attend campus and program events (approx. 15% after-hours).
