The Opportunity
- Identify and evaluate talent across diverse functions using advanced sourcing techniques
- Manage the entire candidate journeyfrom screening to offer acceptance
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand their business needs and provide recruitment advice on market trends
- Develop and manage relationships with external recruitment partners where needed
- Navigate offer negotiations, salary benchmarking, and candidate expectations
- Provide technical market trend analysis, job description optimisation, and data-driven process enhancements where needed
- Build and maintain recruitment statistics dashboards for reporting
The Ideal Profile
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment standards, and fair hiring regulations
- A demonstrated track record of passive candidate engagement, cold outreach, and building talent pipelines
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
- Ability to deliver high-quality results under tight timelines while ensuring a good candidate experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders firm-wide
- Excellent organisation and follow up, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Ability to navigate a fast paced environment
