We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement and client management. You will build strong relationships with clients and candidates while ensuring a smooth hiring process.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and placement.
- Sourcing for new client
- Build and maintain client relationships understand hiring needs and provide talent advisory.
- Develop talent pipelines through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Coordinate interviews, prepare candidates, and handle feedback.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and provide aftercare support.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with MOM guidelines.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in any field
- 1-3 years of recruitment (agency or in-house) preferred.
- With 360 recruitment functions
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Able to multitask and work independently.
- CEI certification is an advantage.
