Recruiter (AI | Tech | Commercial)

With the fast growth, we are looking for multiple passionate recruiters to join our lean and dedicated team to grow together with us!

Job Scope:

• Currently we have ready clients pool of both tech & commercial roles across Tech, AI, Fintech, Trading & Quant industries.
• You will be responsible for sourcing tech or commercial roles mid/senior/leadership level of talent for our existing warm clients
• You will follow through the whole recruitment process from sourcing, interview arrangement to offer management to onboarding.

What you need

• We are open to all seniorities (junior to mid to senior)
• For junior candidates: 1 year of full-time OR 6 month intern experience in tech OR commercial roles recruitment
• Passionate about Recruitment
• Have sense of responsibilities for clients and candidates
• Result oriented, success-driven, highly motivated
• Hardworking & persistent
• Eager to learn and improve
• Independent & team player
• Good communication in English and Chinese (due to communication with some China counterparts)
