Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract licensed and unlicensed insurance agent candidates.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates.
• Schedule interviews with agency leadership.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Follow up with prospective candidates.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary ofSGD 2,000–3,000with performance-based incentives.

Requirements

• Former insurance agents are welcome to apply.
• Experience in recruitment and proficiency in using recruitment platforms.
