Working as a partner with your hiring managers, you'll serve as each candidate's main point of contact leading the recruitment process from resume submission to offer. HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE
- Build a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for multiple job requisitions simultaneously
- Generate innovative tactics to captivate and involve passive candidates, employing data-driven insights for achieving desired results.
- Proactively source candidates from various platforms, including LinkedIn and AngelList
- Serve as a trusted partner to educate hiring managers on effective hiring and sourcing strategies.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure a smooth recruitment process for each role
- Collaborate with the Recruiting Coordinator to efficiently schedule interviews and connect with potential candidates
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify detailed job hiring criteria and implement effective hiring processes
- Provide a flawless and encouraging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
