We are looking for a Recreational (Kids Club) Coordinator to join our team!
Job Summary
As the Recreational (Kids Club) Coordinator,you will manage indoor and outdoor Kids Club areas to deliver safe, fun, and educational experiences for children while collaborating with other departments to maintain high service standards.
As the Recreational (Kids Club) Coordinator, we rely on you to:
- Manage and maintain the indoor and outdoor Kids Club play areas to ensure a safe and engaging environment for children
- Deliver fun, educational, and safe activities that promote children's health, safety, and security during their time at the Kids Club
- Respond promptly and professionally to ad-hoc queries from guests and visitors regarding Kids Club services
- Collaborate with other resort departments to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery to guests
- Supervise children's hands-on activities, ensuring they are age-appropriate and well-organized
- Communicate effectively with international and domestic guests to enhance their experience at the Kids Club
- Adapt to shift work schedules as required to support Kids Club operations
We are looking for someone who:
- Experience managing children's recreational activities in a resort or hotel environment
- Proven ability to manage indoor and outdoor kids recreational facilities
- Strong communication and guest engagement skills with diverse international and local visitors
