We are looking for a Room Attendant to join our team!
Job Summary
As a Room Attendant, you will maintain andclean guest rooms and public areas, replenish supplies, coordinate laundryservices, and report maintenance issues to ensure a high standard of guestcomfort and satisfaction.
As the Room Attendant, we rely on you to:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to Shangri-La room standards to ensure a welcoming environment
- Replenish room supplies promptly to meet guest needs
- Coordinate with valets to collect guests clothes for laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing services
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the guestrooms and uphold resort standards
- Identify and report maintenance issues to the Engineering Department for timely resolution
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest service and uphold resort reputation
We are looking for someone who:
- Relevant hospitality experience to supporteffective room maintenance and guest service
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with guests andteam members
- Self-motivation and ability to work wellindependently and as part of a team
- Pride in hospitality work and commitment to high service standards
