Coaching Requirement
- Responsible & reliable individual
- Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills to be able to relate to students, parents and coaches with quality service
- Able to work both independently and as a team member
- Able to work during weekends and evenings when needed
- Must enjoy working with children. Location: Holland Village
- Monitor, measure and evaluate effectiveness of the competitive program
- Coordinate practice planning, skill development, and design coaching strategies which prepare team for competition
- To provide clear, progressive and accessible development paths for all your gymnasts
Admininstrative duties
- Update registration & attendance records regularly
- Maintain consistent & regularly communication with parents
- To assist new & current members requests & enquiries.
- Assist in preparing lesson plans for camps & classes
- Coordinating all coaches scheduling & events organized by the company
- To undertake all appropriate administrative duties and to liaise with your superior
- Assist the superior with the daily operations, supervise & training of all employees
- Follow-up of day-to-day emails and other necessary administrative duties
