Sales-driven role consulting customers on TCM, wellness, promoting services, achieving targets.
Job Scope:
- Providing professional TCM, SPA, Wellness consultation to customers
- Recommending new products and treatment packages to customers
- Build strong relationship with clients and uphold the image of the company
- Achieving and exceed sales target set by company monthly
- Provide high standards of customer service
- Followup with patients on their treatments and remind them of their treatments
- Support ad hoc administrative tasks and assist with front desk operations
Requirements:
- Strong sales-driven mindset with proven ability to achieve targets
- Experience in TCM/ SPA/ Wellness or related industries
- Service-oriented with self-motivation for achieving sales targets
- Team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Able to work on weekend and Public Holiday
- Able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers will be an advantage
