Job Description:
- Track high-value parcels across all stations to ensure timely flow and prevent stuck or lost incidents.
- Investigate causes of high-value parcels being stuck, including operational delays, misrouting, mis-scans, or handover issues.
- Support in high-value projects, such as the high-value lane initiative, to monitor, analyze, and optimize the flow of high-value parcels across the network.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply chain management, Business administration, or a related field
- 0- 1 years of logistics industry experience particularly in operations excellence and/or supply chain analysis is a huge plus
- Excellent communication skills - have experience in project management esp. in managing large-scale cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders is a plus
- Strong analytical skills - able to analyze complex set of data independently and conduct data-driven decisions
- Strong sense of ownership with hands-on mentality. Eager to take initiative on new opportunities and deliver targets.
- Advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint/Slide Presentation.
