Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and capable Reclamation Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to oversee marine and land reclamation works.
The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, planning, and execution of marine and land reclamation project activitie to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review engineering drawings, project specifications, and construction plans. Well verse in local practice, i.e. Code of Practice, Standards and local authority submission.
- Conduct risk assessment, implement mitigation measures, and ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure quality control and proper documentation of project activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marine and land reclamation projects
- Good knowledge of construction methods, project coordination, and site management.
- Excellent communication and strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations and safety practices.
- Experience working with marine works, dredging, or reclamation operations.
