Handle incoming telephone calls efficiently, determine the purpose of calls, and route calls or relay messages accurately and promptly.
Attend to enquiries from members of the public and internal stakeholders in a responsive and professional manner.
Maintain awareness of staff movements within the organisation to support visitor coordination.
Monitor visitor access at the reception counter and maintain a high level of security awareness at all times.
Receive, record, and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and escalate suspicious or unaddressed parcels to the Airport Police Division in accordance with procedures.
Display daily newspapers and other publications at the reception area.
Ensure the reception area is kept tidy, presentable, and operationally ready, including ensuring that all reception related equipment is in proper working condition.
Manage and control inventory and consumables relevant to the reception area.
Provide on-site support for management meetings held in the Board Room, receiving and directing meeting attendees, assisting with basic meeting setup
Requirements
Minimum GCE O level with 3 credits including credit in English.
Some working experience as receptionist and preferably with experience / certificate in office skills.
