Location: Yishun Ring Road
Contract Period: 1 March 2026 to 28 Feb 2027 (Extendable)
- Providing good frontline customer service - including handling enquiries (calls or in-person) and rendering assistance to students and staff
- Management and compilation of data and drafting of simple correspondences
- Collection and verification of documents
- General office administrative duties & ad-hoc logistics and operational support and
- Other general duties or projects assigned by the school
Qualifications & Skills:
- GCE N Level qualifications or equivalent
- Strong communication and positive work attitude
- Good organisation and record keeping skills
- Certification in First Aid is an advantage
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in frontline customer service, general administration, preferably in a school setting
- Proficient in computer and science support applications such as data logging, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Fridays: 9.00am to 6.00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
