Join our team in a dynamic outsourced project role! We are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented individual to be the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth front desk operations and a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming calls and general enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
- Attend to walk-in visitors, contractors, and guests, ensuring proper registration and issuance of visitor passes
- Record and handle messages, ensuring timely call-backs when required
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services accurately
- Coordinate basic administrative support such as arranging maintenance or replenishment of ink cartridges/toners for copiers
- Ensure adherence to organization's procedures, security protocols, and service standards
- Maintain a neat, presentable, and well-organised reception area at all times
- Any other ad-hoc administration duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least GCE O Level qualification, including passes in English and Mathematics
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in receptionist/frontline customer service role
- Certified in professional and effective telephone handling skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, polite, and customer-oriented
- Able to speak English and Mandarin Chinese
Working Time
Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to6:00 pm
