Work Location - Yishun
Working Hours - Mon to Fri 7am - 2pm
Contract Duration - Jan - May & July - Nov
Monthly Salary - up to $2800 per month
Job Scope:
- Managing the main reception area, greeting visitors, parents, and students.
- Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, responding to general enquiries from parents and the public.
- Provide basic first aid support to students when required.
- Manage the sick bay, including monitoring unwell students and contacting parents when necessary.
- Monitor and respond to emails sent to the school's generic inbox.
- Provide administrative support and handle tasks assigned by the Admin Manager.
Requirements:
- GCE O Level and above
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support roles.
- Knowledge of basic first aid would be an added advantage.
