. Manage the reception area to ensure cleanliness and organization.
. Great, serve drinks and maintain a professional and inviting atmosphere for all guests.
. Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
. Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
. Liaise with Management office for maintenance and other office matters.
. Handle Air Tickets, Hotel and Visa matters advantages (Training will be provided)
. Manage office supplies and keep inventory of front desk supplies.
. Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
