Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for students and visitors at our centres. This role involves providing a welcoming environment, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting centre operations. Candidates who are available on weekends and/or weekdays are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome students, visitors, and staff warmly.
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Visitor Assistance:
- Assist visitors with inquiries, directions, and information about training programs.
- Register new students and provide relevant materials and information.
- Maintain accurate visitor sign-in and sign-out records.
Administrative Support:
- Perform light administrative duties such as data entry and filing.
- Support the coordination of training sessions and events.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Schedule Management:
- Manage class and event schedules, including timings, breaks, and any special events.
- Communicate schedule changes to relevant staff and students.
Customer Service:
- Respond to inquiries and requests professionally and promptly.
- Resolve minor issues or escalate them to the appropriate team members.
Requirements:
- Available to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and/or weekdays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, responsible, and customer-focused.
- Prior experience in reception or administrative roles is a plus.
