Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office operations activities
  • Attend to visitors and clients in a friendly manner
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, packages, and documents
  • Monitor pantry and stationery supply and coordinate timely replenishment
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for repairing or maintenance work of office equipment and facilities
  • Liaise with internal department and external parties to follow up on related administrative matters
  • Assisting Director on any other ad hoc duties

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative support or reception or similar role
