- Delivering warm, professional, and attentive customer service to all patients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint
- Managing all forms of patient communication, including answering phone calls, replying to emails and WhatsApp messages, and attending to walk-in enquiries
- Scheduling and coordinating doctor's appointments via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in-person, with attention to accuracy and patient preferences
- Assisting the doctor in day-to-day clinic operations, including preparing treatment rooms and supporting patient flow
- Performing cashiering duties such as processing payments, issuing receipts, and handling package redemptions
- Promoting and recommending suitable treatment packages and services based on patient needs and clinic offerings
- Conducting patient follow-ups to ensure treatment continuity and satisfaction
- Managing patient flow efficiently, ensuring minimal wait time and smooth transitions between appointments
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the clinic, including treatment and reception areas, to ensure a presentable and welcoming environment
- Performing basic clinic housekeeping duties
- Handling and updating patient records and documentation accurately and confidentially
- Supporting any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the clinic manager
Job Requirement:
- Minimum GCE N-Level or O-Level qualification
- At least 1 year of working experience in a clinic or relevant healthcare/customer service setting
