Working Hour
- Mondays to Thursdays: 0830 hrs till 1800 hrs
- Fridays 0830 hrs till 1730 hrs
Key Roles
- Perform general reception duties
- Manage all incoming calls and enquiries
- Handle and log queries from walk-in visitors, contractors, and phone calls
- Manage and record incoming/outgoing correspondence and courier services
- Return calls for recorded messages
- Attend to visitors, register their details, and issue passes
- Coordinate repairs or replenishment of copier ink cartridges/toners
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of reception and counter area
- Perform any other ad-hoc administration duties as required
Qualifications & Requirements
At least GCE O Level
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in reception or frontline customer service
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Certified in professional and effective telephone handling skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organised
Professional, polite, and customer-oriented
