Job Description

Working Hour

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 0830 hrs till 1800 hrs
  • Fridays 0830 hrs till 1730 hrs

Key Roles

  • Perform general reception duties
  • Manage all incoming calls and enquiries
  • Handle and log queries from walk-in visitors, contractors, and phone calls
  • Manage and record incoming/outgoing correspondence and courier services
  • Return calls for recorded messages
  • Attend to visitors, register their details, and issue passes
  • Coordinate repairs or replenishment of copier ink cartridges/toners
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of reception and counter area
  • Perform any other ad-hoc administration duties as required

Qualifications & Requirements

  • At least GCE O Level

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in reception or frontline customer service

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Certified in professional and effective telephone handling skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay organised

  • Professional, polite, and customer-oriented
