Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
Provide pleasant and attentive service to members of the public, parents, students, and other stakeholders, addressing their enquiries and requests professionally.
Screen and direct phone calls accurately, take and relay messages promptly, and provide required information to callers and visitors.
Student Support & Sick Bay Management
Attend to sick or injured students who report to the General Office.
Notify relevant staff regarding students at the sick bay.
Maintain accurate records of sick bay usage.
Monitor and replenish first aid inventory.
Administrative & Operational Support
Organise and sort incoming mail.
Receive deliveries and assist with related administrative tasks.
Assist in recording students late coming.
Check the completeness of forms submitted to the General Office.
Maintain proper records of keys and lockers issued.
Maintain proper records of lost and found items.
General Duties
Complete other duties as assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principals, Administration Managers, or Administrative Executives.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working as a receptionist, as a personal assistant to management/C-suite personnel, or possession of relevant certificates.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact courteously and professionally with visitors and colleagues.
Computer Literacy: Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
Multitasking Ability: Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
