Monthly Salary: Up to S$3.4k (Negotiable)
Location: Alexandara/Telok Blangah/Holland Village
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-desk support, including welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, and handling enquiries or feedback via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, including dental products, stationery, equipment, and furniture.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations and liaise with vendors or relevant departments to resolve issues.
- Process and submit dental claims via CHAS, Medisave, and insurance portals.
- Perform general administrative duties such as maintaining patient records, completing clinic forms, and filing reports in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or receptionist duties preferred.
- Candidates with front desk experience in the hotel or hospitality industry are highly preferred.
- Minimum Diploma qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates without prior dental clinic experience but willing to learn are welcome to apply.
- Career returnees are encouraged to apply.
- Must be able to work at least one weekend (Saturday or Sunday)
Working Hours:
- 5-day work week, 44 hours per week
- Weekdays: 8:30am to 6:30pm
- Weekends: 9:00am to 6:00pm
- Must be able to work at least one weekend (Saturday or Sunday)
- The clinic is closed on Public Holidays
