Job Objective:
. Manage daily administrative operations of the reception area, which include maintaining documents and receiving visitors, and delivery matters (incoming and outgoing).
. Provide general administrative support for the Operations department.
Core Responsibilities:
General Reception/Administrative Duties:
. Manage all phone and in-person interactions in a courteous and professional manner
. Answer general enquiries (face-to-face or phone) related to the company's business and direct specific enquiries to the relevant stakeholders
. Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of the reception area, conference rooms and visitor holding areas at all times
. Receive documents and courier packages, and prepare delivery documents (outgoing DO) when necessary
. Ensure the sufficiency and functionality of all stationery and office copiers to relevant stakeholders
. Conduct other administrative tasks such as documentation, filing and data entry when required by the Operations department
Job Specifications:
Minimum education qualifications / experience :
. GCE O Levels or Diploma, prior 3 years experience in similar setting
