Job Scope:
Front Desk Management
- Greet, welcome and attend to walk-in enquiries from students, parents, staff, visitors and suppliers
- Take messages accurately and ensure timely delivery to relevant staff
- Direct visitors to appropriate areas or staff members
- Maintain a neat and organised reception area
Student Management
- Maintain sickbay records, care for students at sickbay and process early dismissals for students who are unwell
- Contact parents regarding sick students or urgent matters
- Maintain proper record of key issuance to students and contractors
- Manage items on loan, lost and found, spare uniforms and record cash found
- Process paperwork for student-related activities and events
General Administration
- Update and maintain staff contact list, movement chart and notice boards
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and distribute documents to students/teachers/parents
- Perform data entry and file organization
- Inform teachers of their relief duties as instructed by Relief team
- Print certificates and name tags for teachers/visitors
- Know and follow emergency protocols, including basic first aid
- Maintain the forms in the General Office (ensure forms are current and replenished timely)
- To take part & assist in School events when needed
- Support administrative staff during peak periods
- Perform other administrative duties as required (e.g., track bus requests, booking of facilities)
Job Requirements
- Minimum O level Qualifications (3 subjects including English)
- At least three (3) years experience as Receptionist with administration experience in a school environment.
- General computer skills (Microsoft Office applications)
- Basic knowledge of first aid would be advantageous
Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 7am to 4.30pm
Contract: 3 months
