- Attend to phone calls, walk-in enquiries, and unwell students
- Provide administrative support to staff and stakeholders
- Maintain tidiness of the reception area
- Manage loan/return of college attire and blazers, and update records
- Notify students for certificate/award collection and send reminders
- Update pigeonhole name labels and manage key borrowing/return
- Assist in counting, sorting, packing, and distributing materials
- Ensure forms at reception are current and replenish staff stationery
- Support school events and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE N Level
- Preferably 2 years of relevant experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office
Duration/Working hours:
1 year contract (Option to extend another year) 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026
Mondays to Thursdays: 9.00am to 6.00pm., inclusive of 0.5hr lunch
break
Fridays: 9.00am to 5:30pm., inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
