1. Reception duties: Manage the reception counter, attend to walk-in customers and phone calls.
2. Mail and document handling: Distribute fax, mails, and parcels, and route emails received in the school's generic email.
3. Document collection and distribution: Collect and distribute documents from/to students, such as survey forms, NRIC, Graduation Certificate, and application forms.
4. Bus booking and administration: Book bus transport for staff and tally invoices with booking forms.
5. Student care: Attend to students in the sick bay, administer simple first aid, and update students contact information in the system.
6. Early reporting hours: Preferably has experience working early hours (7:00 am or earlier).
1. Education: GCE O Level with credit in English or equivalent.
2. Technical skills: Good knowledge of MS Office and IT systems.
3. Communication skills: Good communication and customer service skills.
4. Experience: At least two years of experience in performing similar services, preferably in MOE schools.
5. Certification: Valid first aid certification.
