Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• Attend to all customer enquiries
• Provide quality customer service to both walk-in customers and over the phone
• Maintain close communication with Headquarters for follow-up cases and reporting
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N Level qualification
• Proficient in relevant computer applications (Microsoft Applications)
• Able to fluently speak more than one language
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively with others
• Able to multitask

Other Information:

• Monthly basic salary range of $2,100 to $2,400
• Official working hours are from 12pm to 9pm
• Working 44-hours per week through Mondays to Sundays on a roster basis, including Public Holiday
• Workplace is in Ubi area
