Job Description & Responsibilities

• Follow up call from responses received.
• Responsible for booking and confirming customers appointments vial call /message and email.
• Responsible for maintaining a tidy reception area.
• Telemarketing / Customer service-related
• Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls to the relevant personnel
• Maintain accurate records of documents.
• Provide administrative support.

Meal Provided

6WD Per week

12nn-10pm (1hrs break)

Location: 107 North Bridge Road, #04-01 Funan Mall, Singapore 179105 (City Hall MRT)

Working Hours: 6 WD per week (Night, 10 hours/day Included 1 hrs break)
