Role Purpose
Provide reliable front office, administrative, or engagement support to ensure smooth school operations and enhance the learning environment for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception duties: attend to visitors, students, and staff manage phone calls and enquiries
- Administrative support: data entry, filing, document management, and stationery control
- Event/Programme support: logistics coordination, student supervision, or after-school activities depending on role
- Printing/operations support: heavy-duty printing/photocopying, laminating, and handling exam materials (if applicable)
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the school's Administration Manager or designated staff
Requirements
- Minimum secondary education (with English proficiency)
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in administration, reception, or school engagement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and able to operate office machines (e.g., copiers, laminators)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented, organised, and meticulous
