Job scope:
1. Front of the House
2. Receive and redirect incoming and outgoing phone calls
3. Manage all incoming and outgoing couriers and mails delivery
4. Meeting rooms management (bookings, preparation, tidiness)
5. Workstations and hotdesks management, to ensure desks are ready for next user, to verify and reconcile booking vs. actual usage
6. Visitor managements (screening, registration, escort)
7. Assist in filing, copying, binding, labeling as required
8. Maintain access cards, lockers, keys, employee contacts
9. Run errands, admin support or ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by Manager
