Job Responsibilities:
. Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staffs in a professional manner.
. Manage calls, emails, mail, courier, and front-desk activities.
. Provide administrative support to multiple departments (HR, Finance, Operations, IT, etc.).
. Assist in document preparation, filing, data entry, and record keeping.
. Coordinate meeting schedules, room bookings, and internal communications.
. Support procurement of office supplies, liaise with vendors/service providers and maintain inventory.
. Handle basic reporting and administrative follow-up for assigned departments.
. Perform routine maintenance task to ensure the safety and functionality of the office environment
. Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of common areas.
. Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
. Comfortable with performing physical tasks related to facility maintenance.
. Any other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
. Higher NITEC/ Diploma/Degree in Management or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
. Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
. Prior experience in reception or administrative support is an advantage
. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
