Job Title: Rebar Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Rebar Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all reinforcement (rebar) works on-site. The Rebar Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all steel reinforcement work is carried out according to structural drawings, specifications, quality standards, and within the project timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of rebar workers in cutting, bending, and fixing reinforcement bars
- Ensure rebar work complies with structural drawings and project specifications
- Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, and other trade supervisors to plan work sequences
- Monitor daily progress, manpower allocation, and material usage
- Inspect and verify rebar sizes, spacing, alignment, and tying methods before concreting
- Maintain site safety and ensure workers follow Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations
- Resolve on-site technical or manpower issues promptly
- Keep accurate records of work progress, materials received/used, and manpower attendance
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of reinforcement detailing, BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), and construction drawings
- At least 3-5 years relevant experience in rebar installation supervision
