JOB DESCRIPTION
- Direct daily on-site construction activities and workforce
- Supervise subcontractors, tradespeople and laborers
- Monitor work quality against project specifications and blueprints
- Track project progress and maintain daily site reports
- Coordinate material deliveries and equipment logistics
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
- Resolve on-site issues and conflicts promptly
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years hands-on construction experience
- 1 year in a supervisory/leadership role
