Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate rebar installation activities on construction sites, leading teams and subcontractors to deliver quality work aligned with project specifications and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate rebar installation works on site to ensure adherence to project drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Lead and manage rebar workers and subcontractors to achieve timely and quality completion of tasks
- Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and site management to communicate progress and resolve site issues effectively
- Maintain accurate site documentation and daily work records to support project tracking and accountability
- Enforce workplace safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proven experience in construction site supervision, especially in rebar works
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
