Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Specialist role based in Singapore. The Real Estate Specialist will engage clients to understand their housing and investment needs, provide advice on suitable properties, and conduct property viewings. Responsibilities include managing listings, coordinating sales and rental transactions, preparing documentation, and supporting clients through the end-to-end transaction process. The role also involves monitoring market trends, updating clients on relevant opportunities, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver professional and reliable service. The Real Estate Specialist is expected to build long-term client relationships while upholding PropNex's standards of integrity and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Real Estate Salesperson licensing in Singapore (CEA Licensing)
